You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at our Helsinki location by online booking system or contacting us via phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For partner clinics, the cancellation period is 48 hours, and the cancellation should be made through the same method as the booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will cause a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated treatment price.
